The release of our first wine marks an exciting milestone for us. Born from the cool climate of the Yarra Valley, The Farm Rosé 2024 represents our commitment to quality, authenticity and connection — from vineyard to table.

From Vineyard to Vintage

The Farm Rosé is made exclusively from Cabernet Sauvignon, picked specifically for rosé production. The grapes are hand-harvested before gentle pressing to extract the delicate pink colour. Fermentation takes place at cool temperatures to preserve the grape’s natural freshness and vibrant red fruit character.

The wine is then aged in stainless steel vessels, allowing subtle savoury notes to develop while enhancing its distinctive bronze hue. This careful process delivers a rosé that is bright, expressive and beautifully balanced.

This is our very first Farm wine, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to begin this journey. Our vision is to craft small-batch wines from the Yarra Valley and share them directly with you — through our cellar door experience and online (coming soon).

Tasting Notes

Bronze in colour, The Farm Rosé is like summer pudding in a glass. Expect lifted aromas and flavours of raspberry, strawberry and blueberry, softened with a gentle touch of cream. Layers of dried rose petal and crushed rock add depth and texture, bringing a savoury edge to the wine’s vibrant fruit profile.

Fresh, bright and food-loving, this rosé is made for long lunches and relaxed afternoons.
