Pale lemon with a green tinge, the nose is an aromatic medley of passionfruit, guava, and pineapple. The palate is crisp and lively, offering notes of lemongrass and crunchy apple, with a refreshing, mouth-watering finish.
The 2023 vintage was a cooler thanks to the La Niña phenomenon. The cool conditions allowed for the gentle ripening of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay without any major heat spikes. This has translated to lovely acid and bright fresh fruit characters.
